How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday). After shipping, delivery usually takes 5-9 working days (Monday - Friday).

What is the order cut-off time for same-day processing?

Orders placed before 16:00 GMT are processed the same day. Orders placed after 16:00 GMT are processed the next working day.

When can I return my items?

You can return your items within 30 days from the delivery date. To start the return process, contact contact@fashionheaven.co.uk. Please ensure the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted after the 30-day period.

Is the return shipping free?
