All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed Monday to Friday are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after 5 PM Friday or on weekends will be processed the following Monday.

Shipping to the United Kingdom

We ship exclusively to the United Kingdom. Standard delivery time is 7–10 business days. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 20 business days due to courier delays, customs clearance, or holidays.

Deliveries are typically handled by Royal Mail, Evri, Hermes, or other local couriers.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email. In this email there is a link that you can click on to follow your order status in real time. Alternatively, you can also visit fashionheaven.co.uk and click on "Track your order" in the menu to track your delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking code. Also check your junk mail, as our emails sometimes end up there. Please note that it may take some time before your tracking link becomes active.

Our support team will then guide you through the return process.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect. Email contact@fashionheaven.co.uk with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue

We’ll offer a replacement, full refund, or store credit — whichever works best for you.

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after return approval.

Just order the size you always want!

• Example: If you have always worn L, choose size L.

If you are between sizes, round up to the largest size.
