Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To begin the return process, contact us at contact@fashionheaven.co.uk. Please make sure the items are unused, unworn, and still in their original packaging with all tags attached. Returns are not accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.

Return Process

1. Contact Us First
Before returning any item, please email us at contact@fashionheaven.co.uk with your order details and the reason for your return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
2. Return Instructions & Packing
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions. Please ensure your item is securely packed to prevent any damage during transit.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

After we receive your returned package, we’ll inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process may take up to 7 days. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Just reach out to us at contact@fashionheaven.co.uk with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@fashionheaven.co.uk. Please note that we cannot guarantee cancellations once the order has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the event you receive damaged or incorrect items, we’re here to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to us at contact@fashionheaven.co.uk. We’ll make sure to resolve the problem and send you the correct item or a replacement.
